Refund Policy
We strive for complete customer satisfaction with every product we sell. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and want to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you received the wrong product or it was damaged, please contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you. Please email Support@matrixso.com.
Due to the bio-individual nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds based on personal experience or perceived results. As a wellness company, we understand that everyone's body reacts differently. Therefore, unless the product is defective or arrives damaged, all sales are final.
Note: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which we will promptly issue for eligible orders. Please use our Contact Us form to begin this process. Please include a copy of the RMA confirmation email in your return package, mark the outside of the package with your RMA number, and mail it to the return address provided.
Your return must be shipped within 15 days of the RMA number being issued. You are responsible for return shipping costs to Matrixso unless the product is being returned due to a defect or other error on our part, in which case we will provide further instructions. We do not accept cash on delivery. We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns, as we are not responsible for items damaged in transit or unable to reach our warehouse.
Once we receive your returned merchandise with the correct RMA number, we will promptly process your refund. Please understand that if your original order qualified for "free shipping," your credit will be reduced by the original shipping costs. We will issue a credit or refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
